At Little Flower Minders, the safety and wellbeing of the children in our care is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment at all times, whether in a family home, hotel, or event setting.

Our commitments:

• Carry out risk assessments before and during each booking.

• Ensure all minders are Garda vetted, qualified, and trained in child safety, first aid, and emergency procedures.

• Follow strict hygiene practices and illness exclusion guidelines.

• Maintain constant supervision of children while in our care.

• Follow food safety and play guidelines appropriate to each child’s age.

• Ensure children are only released to authorised persons.

• Check all equipment, toys, and surroundings for hazards before use.

• Record and report any incidents or accidents promptly to parents/guardians.

• Maintain up-to-date training for all minders in child safety and emergency procedures.
