We care for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. Let us know your children’s needs and we’ll match you with a minder experienced in that age group.
Our minders come to you , whether that’s a hotel room, holiday home, event venue, or, in some cases, a private residence. Please note: bookings in private homes are typically reserved for emergency situations, such as when parents or guardians find themselves without childcare at the last minute. We also support crèche and preschool managers who are unexpectedly short-staffed.
Absolutely! We’re experienced in caring for little VIP guests during weddings and events, offering flexible packages for group minding, evening care, and more. We bring a bag of resources, toys, books, jigsaws etc. all age appropriate.
We don’t have a fixed price list, as every service and booking is different. The care we provide is tailored to your specific needs, including the number of children, hours required, location, and nature of the setting. Contact us or fill in the form for a personalised quote.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee. Please note the booking fee is non-refundable. If something unexpected arises, get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes, all of our minders are fully insured to provide professional childcare services, however they do not carry children in their own vehicles.
Yes, we work in minimum 4-hour blocks per booking. This helps ensure high-quality care and allows our minders to establish a calm, consistent routine with the child, creating a more enjoyable experience for both children and parents.
Yes, we make every effort to arrange an introduction between you, your child, and the minder ahead of time. If distance or timing is an issue, we’re happy to offer a Zoom call at your convenience. As the manager, all bookings are personally overseen by me to ensure a high standard of care.
Yes, absolutely. All our minders are experienced and qualified in caring for children with special/additional needs. We aim to provide thoughtful, supportive, and inclusive care tailored to each child.
We offer overnight care when needed. If a minder is staying overnight, suitable and safe accommodation for the child/children and minder must be provided. For bookings longer than 6 hours, we kindly ask that a meal be provided.
Yes, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your minder and date. This helps us reserve availability for your requested time.
No, minders are only permitted to care for the children included in the original booking. This is essential for safeguarding and insurance purposes. If your needs change, please contact us in advance.
