         Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plan can change, and we aim to provide a clear, professional policy o protect both families and our minders

 

 

Standard Bookings (Childcare & Babysitting) 

All bookings include a non-refundable administration fee. 

Childcare and babysitting bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of

Little FlowerMinders. 

If a minder must cancel due to illness or emergency, we will make every effort to arrange a suitable replacement, If no replacement is available a full refund including the deposit will be issued. 

Wedding Bookings

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding babysitting booking.

Full payment is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date to confirm your childcare service.

In the event of cancellation

 

50% of the total fee is payable if cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled start time.

100% of the total fee is payable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. 

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with understanding and flexibility.
