         Refund and Cancellation Policy

​We understand that plan can change, and we aim to provide a clear, professional policy o protect both families and our minders

Standard Bookings (Childcare & Babysitting) 

​

All bookings include a non-refundable administration fee. 

Childcare and babysitting bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of

Little FlowerMinders. 

If a minder must cancel due to illness or emergency, we will make every effort to arrange a suitable replacement, If no replacement is available a full refund including the deposit will be issued. â€‹

Wedding Bookings

​

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding babysitting booking.

Full payment is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date to confirm your childcare service.​

​

In the event of cancellation

 

​50% of the total fee is payable if cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled start time.

100% of the total fee is payable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. 

​If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with understanding and flexibility.
